Manual therapy freeing restricted movement patterns and chronic pain caused by repetitive stress, injury, or surgery
Plateau Bodywork helps people to feel better living inside their bodies. Sessions bring lasting relief to people who experience chronic pain, stress, fatigue, and other physical discomfort. Clients often leave with improved posture, better range of motion, and more vitality so they can live more active, comfortable, and pain-free lives.
As a somatic therapy, we seek to improve the mind-body connection. Soma deeply holds that the mind and body are connected and influence each other.

Soma Structural Integration, a form of bodywork, is rooted in the works of Dr. Ida P Rolf. Developed in 1977 by Bill Williams, Ph.D, a psychologist and accomplished Rolfer® who studied directly with Ida Rolf.
After seeing the emotional benefits Rolfing® had on people, Bill was determined to use the series to augment his work as a psychologist.
It is this added element of psychology that makes Soma its own form of Structural Integration.
Soma S.I. is an excellent form of treatment to remove physical and emotional trauma from the body and mind.
